PSL Match Fixing
PSL (Pakistan Super League) 2017 gave very positive hopes to Pakistan’s cricket fans but it also gave one more bad news in the form of PSL match fixing scandal. Pakistan cricket Chairman Najam Sethi said, “second audition of PSL brought a lot of happiness for Pakistan cricket fans. Because of this PSL edition, chances of international cricket in Pakistan are pretty clear. People fully enjoyed all matches of the second edition of the PSL. It brought a lot of smiles on the faces of millions of Pakistanis but once again PSL match fixing scandal put bad impression to the Pakistani cricket fans and all across the world. Once again it intimidated us back to five years ago when Aamir and Asif were caught in England match fixing scandal”.

let’s talk about PSL match fixing in detail. First, we’ll talk about which players were involved in match-fixing and then talk in detail about that player.
OMG! Pakistan lost such a fine hitter. Sharjeel khan was opening batsman for Pakistan international cricket team and was also chosen as an opener by the Misbah when he was playing for Islamabad united. From last few months, his performance was not only good but if you remember about the 1st edition of the PSL where he scored and excellent century. By his distinguished performance, he made many cricket fans crazy for him but when his name came in PSL match fixing scandal then immediately he got suspended by the PCB chairman Najam Sethi. Najam Sethi sent him home to preserve the clean taste of the PSL. Sharjeel khan and Khalid Latif both were involved in match fixing and according to the PCB officials, they met bookies in the hotel room.
That bookie was sent by the Nasir Jamshed who is out of the team because of his ridiculously bad performance.
Khalid Latif was also opening batsman for the international cricket team of Pakistan. In the first season of PSL, he delivered his best performance and lead his team ISLAMABAD UNITED which also won the first season of PSL. Both of them were playing with the same team and both were considered as the main attacking batsmen for ISLAMABAD UNITED.
By now both of ’em are suspended permanently till the investigation is completed the by the PSB. Some other players were also in the doubt list of the PSL match fixing 2017.

Muhammad Irfan was Pakistan’s tallest fast bowler and in PSL 2017 he was playing for ISLAMABAD UNITED. He is also involved in PSL match fixing scandal. As like Shahzaib, he is also free to play for his franchise but can be called anytime for investigation.
Zulfiqar Babar was Pakistan’s left-arm spinner and was playing from QUETTA GLADIATORS. His name also appeared as match fixers in PSL. He is still under the investigation of the PCB.
